Hi Praveen there is not any fixed marks for cutoff such that you can be inside the top 20 engineering colleges. It varies every year based on various factors. But as I also graduated from TN college, i can say that on predictive basis somewhere around 190+ is required to be inside the top 20 colleges. All the best !!!
