CLAT is a national level exam. You have to give one common CLAT Exam to enter in any of the NLU's. Their are 21 participating NLU's this year and on the bais of your marks in CLAT and depending upon the cut off you will be allotted. You will be given a preference list as to where you have to mention your first preference as which NLU you want to join. You have a freedom to name any and if you get the required marks you will get that NLU. Here I am attaching a list of articipating institute in CLAT 2019 you may see list.

Further, CLAT 2019 form is not available and is available till March 31, 2019. Exam will be conducted on May 12, 2019 and application fee is 4000 for Gen and OBC and 3500 for SC/ST.

You have to also fill the preference for exam center.
