The documents which you have to upload during this process are:

• 10th and 12th Certificates
• NEET UG 2020 Admit Card and Scorecard
• Category Certificate
• Nativity Certificate (Telangana)
• SC/ST Certificate issued by Telangana Government
• ID Proof
• School Leaving Certificate
