Manipal university does not provide sample papers for their online test.  

You can get their syallbus from their official site. 

It consists of both 11 and 12 std portion

Physics,  chemistry,  maths,  biology

Prepare like one prepares for JEE main. Use the same book for preparation. It is much easier then JEE main.
