As per the criteria laid down for MP NEET counseling, I am assuming you are talking about neet counseling only, the only criteria for you to be able to compete for 85% state quota seats is that you must have a domicile of MP. There is no cap on from where you did your Class 12 until and unless you have passed that with PCB. So in my opinion, your seat won't be canceled for that if you have all other certificates complete.
