The state selected for 15% All India Quota has no bearing on the student’s admission process since admissions to 15% All India Quota seats doesn’t have any domicile requirements.
In the field asking for 'State of Eligibility Criteria', you should fill the state where your permanenet address is located or the state where you have full domicile eligibility criteria for 85% state quota seats.
