Hello.
Till now there is not any official notification which shows that you can change your centre in mht CET exam, while recently one notification for JEE means came where candidates can change their exam centre for 2020 exam by considering the condition of global crisis, hope so they will be considering the same thing and same notice will be issued for the mht CET exam but yet you cannot change according to the current informations.
