Hope you are doing great there . For a general category candidate , only CRL rank is displayed on the scorecard . But if you apply under some special category , then both your category rank and CRL rank will be displayed in your scorecard. Since you have not applied under the category then only CRL rank will be displayed and you will not be able to access the benefits of your category rank. You might be able to access the benefits during physical rounds of counselling , but otherwise I don't think so that your category will be considered during the result.
