Hello Parth, 

For admission in D pharm, some of the colleges / universities take through the merit based. Depends on how much you scored in 12th grade. Some of the universities, whose intake through entrance exam. The syllabus for the entrance test is same as the syllabus that you gone through in 12. 

All the syllabus of entrance exams is same as in 11th and 12th grade. For physics,  chemistry,  mathematics / biology.
