see fees are high for private engineering colleges, however nits or iits fees are also high but there is many scholarship as well as financial assistant is given to needy  students, so if you want a low fees college you have to target for government engineering colleges or tuition fees waiver scheme of private engineering colleges. any of the options you may take you have to score excellent and must bring a decent rank in jee main or state engineering entrance test.
