Dear Eliza, you have mistook the order made by High Court of Madras, as per the interim order medical education is not available to the poor people and it is available only to those who underwent coaching classes by spending lakhs and lakhs of rupees. Moreover, this will also put the rural students in a disadvantageous position as they lack facilities of undergoing coaching. It should be taken note of by the Central government, which brought the rules and regulations or amendment for conducting NEET.
Also, this case is filed only in Tamil Nadu which means it's just the tip of the iceberg and rest all are silence. There may be an CBI inquiry on all the MBBS seats. Moreover the government may plan to reduce the coaching fees for poor students.
All the best
Hope this helps
