Dear Eliza, unless the Supreme Court decides that Private/Improvement/Compartment students shouldn't appear in NEET, everyone is eligible to appear in NEET provided they complete their 10+2 with the required aggregate for their Category. This year there wasn't any such notice. And always look out for official websites than listening from others because what is mentioned in the official website is authentic and valid.
