I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. I request you to tell me the total marks out of which you are getting 13 as it will be easier for me to tell you about it. You don't need to be depressed, and please do take care of your mental health. Also in order to make it easier for you to know the passing marks..here's a trick:

Total marks× 4/10= passing marks

For example, if the question paper is of 80 marks, then

80× 4/10 = 32

32 is the passing mark here.
