Chemical bonding, Chemical Equilibrium, Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Thermodynamics, Complete Organic Chemistry, s-p-d-f block elements and chemical kinetics are the most important chapters in chemistry for NEET. 

You should be well versed with all these topics to actually get a good score in Chemistry.
