The best books for MAT CET, name as follows;

1. For physics;

Physics (Volume I and II) by H.C.Verma.
Textbook (state board and ncert).
PLPN publication.
Marvel publications.

2. For mathematics;

Textbook exercises (must).
PLPN publication.
Navneet publication.
MHT CET – Mathematics (Marvel) For XII Science by Hemant G.Ainapure.

3. For chemistry;

Textbook(highly recommended).
PLPN publication.
MHT CET – Chemistry (Marvel) For XII Science Author by Mayur Mehta, Chitra Joshi, Rekha Diwekar.
