Usually, Colleges only provide undergraduate courses. Universities are only for master programs. So you should search for colleges and not for universities. Colleges providing Biotechnology courses in undergraduate are,

• Centennial College
• Seneca College
• Fleming College
• Durham College

There are other colleges also present. Go through all of them and choose based on your interest.
