You do Bams (bachelor of auyurvedic and medicine surgery)which also on of rewarding field in medicine in this competition is not high as Mbbs  . These is four and half year course with one year internship total is 5 and half year .
In these first year is 1 and half year duration after 1 year for each .
2) Bachelor in physiotherapy : It is also rewarding carrier. In this the competition is minimal it is also 4 and half year course .After completing these you can work in hospital has a physiotherapist.The work of physiotherapist is to therapy to hand and leg which is fracture in some accident after plaster they consult physiotherapist for giving his hand excercise .
3 ) Bachelor of pharmacy is also another rewarding job market in India . A pharmacy graduate can work in laboratory or can work in chemist or medical representative and many more
These are some good course rather Mbbs or MD
