Please tell me that can a person who is appointed as a Company Secretary in any company practice as a lawyer in any High court or any District court.

Hello,

as per the rule 49 part 6 of Bar Council of India :an advocate shall not be a full time salaried employee of any person government, firm ,Corporation .

. So a person who is appointed as a company secretary in any company current practice in in High Court or state level courts .
