BA and BA Hons. in any subject, both are of 3 years duration, but in the Honors course, the syllabus is set in a way to provide specialisation in that particular subject, whereas in regular course, you'll gain the knowledge of all the three subjects that you chose.

If you're interested in gaining specialization in Sociology only, you can go for Honors course, else the regular course will have comparatively more options to go with after graduation.
