Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but there's no way to get admission in IIT without Jee main/advance for B.tech course. It's mandatory to appear and qualify both Jee main as well as Jee advance to get admission in IIT. Admission is upon the cut off, which vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total nunumber of applicants in the entrance examination.
This year the MHRD minister confirmed that the percentage criteria is removed all you need to obtain a passing certificate of class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board.

This is really a funny question but this doesn't happens. IITs are the Institutes of Indian importance where you need to clear one of the toughest exams i.e. JEE Advance. You can't get admitted into IITs for B.tech without clearing the exam. However for M.tech, msc there are certain exams such as JAM, Gate etc.

Through JEE you can take admission in B.tech in any branch. But without JEE, you can get B.tech in IITs. If you want to take admission in IITs, without JEE, you can give UCEED exam to take admission in IITs in designing course. Also, by giving CAT, you can take admission in B.Schools of IITs. Also, you can give GATE, to take admission in IITs in the M.tech course.
But to take admission in IITs for B.tech you have to give JEE Advanced, there is no other way.
