According to your question I found that,  Admission form for civil lines colleges is started  , instance Maharana Pratap Inter College Civil Line Gkp Civiln Line Nagar Kshetra ,Gorakhpur , Admission form will be issued from  - December , 2021.and the last date of submission is 7th Jan ,2022.
