Hello,

Both are good books.Id you are q beginner then HC Verma is best for you. But if your concepts are clear , then DC Pandey can be really good for you.

For JEE advance you should start with HC Verma and after that go for IIT JEE Questions of past year. You can also for Arihant. If you want an upper edge then you can solve Irodov, Resnick, Krotov etc.
