I am sorry but this score is too low to get a college in Delhi in arts specially if you are looking for any college affiliated to Delhi University.
While you can surely apply to any of the private colleges such as Amity University with the best of the faculty and is also ranked as one of the best colleges. But, the fee for the same is quite high and which also depends on the course you have selected.
