Still the registration number which your forgotten is the EAMCET registration number then you can open your Gmail for which you have linked to your EAMCET registration.

An attachment will be sent to your gmail with your registration. number and fee payment status you can retrieve your registration number from your Gmail which you have given while applying for the EAMCET exam.
