Firstly you should complete studying your ncert book.....because questions are very easy and comes generally from ncert books.Apart from ncert solve hc verma and rd sharma .For chemistry,ncert book is well enough.......Viteee questions are easier than jee mains questions....so don't worry

First, refer NCERT books as syllabus is based on them after completing NCERT books you can refer below recommended books

 

Physics

You can go for Arihant and H.C Verma

 

Chemistry

You can go for OP Tandon, R.K Gupta and R K Madan

Mathematics

You can go for RD Sharma and Arihant books.

Yes, you can prepare from one book as well.
It is not compulsory that you have to recommended so many books for your preparation,
Make sure you complete NCERT book throughly and then you can refer any book according to your choice as syllabus is based on NCERT books.

Refer previous year papers as well and mock test series for your practice.
