While you will still be a minor, either your Father's name or Guardian's name is mandatory on the Aadhar card. Let's say when you are changing your name legally, the affidavit would still have our dad's name. It is only your name that you are changing. And you trying to take off your father's name from your Aadhar card will mount upto changing your identity altogether. That will be a legal issue. As long as you are a minor, it is mandatory to have your Father's or Guardian's name. But if you are only changing your name. your father's name will not be removed. That is not a possibility.

Hello student if you've changed your name legally then you can visit nearest Adhaar update centre with the required documents to change your name in case of Minor its mandatory to provide father name if you're an adult you can request for Mothers /husband name as well.
