Hello Aspirant,

It seems that you are currently in class 11th or in first year of your +2 as you have mentioned that you are complete beginner so let me provide you a smart working plan for preparation of JEE-Main :-

**First of all go through the syllabus of JEE-Main https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-syllabus

**Make a proper time-table to balance your studies and daily routine work and divide the time of study for all three subjects equally i.e. same time for Physics, same for Mathematics and same for Chemistry.

**Get best books for JEE-Main which are enlisted below and note that NCERTs are must to read

**Start with the best study material which can make you more confident while solving the question of JEE-Main because it will boost your moral https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/best-study-material-for-jee-main

**Note-making is very important while studying so don't forget to make notes while studying because it will help you in memorizing the important things in the last time prior to exam.

**Practice previous year's question papers and sample papers as many as you can because it will enhance your self-confidence and time management skill https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-sample-papers & https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-question-paper

Cracking JEE Main is more of a strategy than hardwoek. You require a proper test taking strategy, strategic selection of study material as well as a strategic routine for regular preparation besides targetting completion of syllabus atleast 2 months prior to your First JEE Main attempt, followed by revision and aiming at increasing your percentile targetting anywhere near or above 98 Percentile atleast for excellent prospects during Counselling. You must target atleast 150/300, in JEE Main, assuming you are a GEN/GEN EWS/OBC or any other Category Aspirant for strong seat/branch/institute choices during Counselling.
