From your profile it seems you're a medical aspirant of class 12th, if you're aiming for courses such as MBBS, BDS, Ayush etc, then you have to appear for NEET and qualfy the same against your respective category, there are also other courses such as BPharm, BSc Nursing, BPT etc for which NEET scores are accepted though it's not mandatory here,

in order to appear for NEET, you need to be 17 years old as on 31st December of the appearing year, passed 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and secured PCB aggregate of 50% for UR, for SC/ST/OBC it's 40%, and in case of PwD it's 45%, check out the details at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-eligibility-criteria to know more details regarding this.
