Harsh first of all , which exam counselling are you talking about? Is it IIT or BIT exam. In whatever case , in a normal case if you have filled your choices wrong, it can only be changed till the last date of choice filling procedure.  If you have passed that date , then I am sorry there is nothing you can do and this choice will be considered as your final choice
