Only NEET qualified students can apply for admission in private colleges through the respective state authorities for admission. For private college there is no reservation based on candidate's category.
Any one who has qualified NEET can apply to any private college all over India through the respective state authorities for admission.

Their is nothing to worry about that, If you qualify the neet exam you can get admission in private college, and the cuttoff matters alot, If your cuttoff is good so you have a chance of better top private institutions..Or in any case your cutoff is low and you qualify the exam, then you are eligible for admission in private institutions..Their is nothing to worry, If you qualify the exam you will get private college /institution..
