UPTU stands for the Uttar Pradesh Technical University. For lateral entry to different colleges of UPTU, you must appear for the Lateral Entry Entrance test conducted by technical board of education of UPTU.

The eligibility criteria for the LEET exam is that candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in the diploma/ b.sc. overall( in mathematics especially ).

After that you can apply for the LEET exam, based upon your LEET score, you can get admission in different colleges of UPTU like:

1. JSS Institute of Engineering or Technology.

2. IMS engineering college.

3. Krishna Institute of Engineering and technology.

4. Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college.

5. ABES Engineering college.
