here is a list that may help you, the fees may differ a bit as it depends on the economy of that particular country.

MBBS in the Philippines : ₹25 lakhs
MBBS in Russia: ₹23 Lakh (6-year English Medium)
MBBS in Ukraine: ₹25 Lakh
MBBS in China: ₹20 Lakh (Bilingual College)
MBBS in Bangladesh: ₹25 Lakh
MBBS in Kyrgyzstan: ₹17 Lakh
