First thing for neet is to be focussed.You need to be focussed for the 2 whole years from now and bever let anything divert your attention from your goal.

First and foremost thing for neet is ncert,you need to be thorough with ncert,especially for chemistry and biology as some questions in neet are directly asked from ncert.

It is advisable to study through some tution modules like allen or aakash.

If you want to go with 3rd party books then 

Bio- ncert is enough but you can also do mtg champion for extra practice.

Chemistry- ncert plus gre publication books(op tandon for organic and inorganic,p bahadur for physical)

Physics- ncert plus hc verma or gre publications( pramod agarwal)

Note- Atleast join a test series as tests are most crucial aspect of preparation.
