Delhi University takes admissions of most of the courses on Merit. For BSc Computer science, you don't need to give an entrance exam. The marks of your 12tg standard will be considered 

The cut off differs in Delhi University with respect to the course and the colleges and then there is different cut offs for different categories. Every year upto 5 cutoffs are relased with decreasing percentage.

Going by your profile, I think you are intesinted in cut off of BSc Computer science. 

The first cut off last year of Acharya Narendra Dev college was 95.33% for general , and in the final (5th) cutoff it was 92.25%.

Mostly the cut off of the colleges are similar. You can go and check the entire data sheet on Delhi University website.
