Hello Anuj...Question Paper is not bilingual in JNU. Question paper will be in English but you can answer in Hindi.

Medium of study in M.A course will be in  English only except Literature course.

Anuj , Its not clear to me weather you are interested in U G course or P.G course. JNU do not offer graduation level course except B.A in Foreign language ( Not English). But you can get almost every stream in PG.
