University of Lucknow is offering Engineering not from long so definitely the questions like you have are pretty obvious. Since engineering is a field that requires good infrastructure and faculty, it counts as demerits and a good advice for you will be to keep it as your last option if you have other options too because it is always a necessity that you are under the guidance of good teachers and since this university is new in that department the faculty quality may or may not be up to the mark.
