BCom LLB is combination of commerce with law, if you want to work in corporate sector, this is the course for you, it has all the core aspects of commerce such as macroeconomics, financial and cost accounting, corporate accounting, corporate tax planning etc. while BA-LLB is combination of arts with law combination of arts with law, the curriculum here is focused more on social and political aspects of law, if you enjoy studying subjects like political science, history, sociology etc then you can choose this integrated law course.

So, depending on your areas of interests, the subjects you like, you can choose your integrated course accordingly.
