there are so many state examinations which you can go for 

some of them are

• wbjee(west bengal):- by this exam you can get admission govt/private colleges of west bengal.
• MHCET(maharashtra):- by this exam you can get admission in govt/pvt colleges of maharashtra.
• JCEC(JHARKHAND):- BY this exam you can get admission in colleges of jharkhand.
• MP PET(Madhyapradesh):- By this exam you can get admission in colleges of madhyapradesh.

there are many other exams also but domicile is applicable in those exams therefore if you don't fullfill the condition you won't be able to write the exam.
