Dear Ekta, this is a 1- 2 year course. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised University in any discipline. Few Institutions also expect work experience of 2-3 years before you join this course. Aligarh Muslim University, Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, KC College of Management Studies, National Institute of Personnel Management and Periyar University are few Institutions which offer this course in India.
