Btech or BE in computer sciences is a four year full time undergraduate level degree programme offered by both PP savani university as well as IAR, Gandhinagar. I'll brief you with the comparisn of both of these institutions:

1. Fees : 2.52 lakhs INR ( total fees) at IAR, Gandhinagar and 3.56 lakhs INR for pp savani university.

2. Ranking : ranking of IAR gandhinagar is better than PP Savani university.

3. Infrastructure and facilities : at pp savani university,  well built laboratories, cafeteria, classrooms, departments are there to facilitate the students with a good learning as well as living experience. At IAR gandhinagar, sports facilities are highly encouraged.  Well built library and laboratories are also there.

4. Placements : At IAR, The placements are decent. 52K per month was the highest salary offered and lowest was 20 K per month.  They have tie ups with various industries. At PP Savani university, relatively high packages are offered to capable students.
