For NEET preparation, you should mainly focus on NCERTs of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Clear your concepts well and be thorough with the NCERTs first. Then practice questions from most referred reference books.
For Physics: HC Verma, Universal Selfscorer
Chemistry: OP Tandon
Biology: Truemans Biology
For biology, NCERT is more than enough.
Practice maximum questions. This will only make your concepts more strong and you'll get enough idea of how to solve within less time + the applications of the formulae, the logic where and when to be applied. Hope you're getting my point.!
