Hello Praveen,
Your rank is very good. But the 12th percentage is a criteria for qualifying the barrier. If we talk about the first tier colleges it is around 75 % where all NITs, IITs and IIITs came and in 2nd tier you must have atleast 65% where Manipal University and State Government Colleges come.

Dear student,
There is no such university which will give you admission on the basis of only jee main . The minimum requirement for any student to qualify for engineering is 50% in PCM ( Physics , Chemistry and Maths ) 45 % for Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribe category with jee mains or advanced percentile or any other private entrance exams.
