If you want to attend state counselling only, it is neither important nor necessary to register for All India counselling. Your state and the concerned university will soon start its registration for MBBS/BDS admissions separately, irrespective of the MCC registrations.

For state counsellings, keep all your documents ready, like previous examination qualifying certificates, neet admit card and score card, category and domicile certificates, etc.
