Hello,
You can apply for IIT JAM 2019 exam. While filling the form you will have to upload your photograph and signature only. You will have to just fill the Qualifying degree details. Proof of having passed the Qualifying Degree with the Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQ) as specified by the Admitting Institute should be submitted by September 30, 2019.
