No there is no private college for jee advance ,jee advance is only for IIT college .

Nope JEE Advanced is mainly for admissions into IITs and not any private colleges.There are, as of now, 23 IITs.
IIT-Madras, Delhi, Kharagpur, Indore, Hyderabad, Bombay, Roorke, Guwhati, BHU, Bhubneshwar, Mandi, Kanpur,Tirupati, Patna, Dharwad, Ropar, Jammu, Jodhpur, Goa
