With around 430 marks in NEET 2025, getting a government MBBS seat is unlikely. But you can try private medical colleges under All India Quota. Considering this year's exam difficulty level, the cutoff should fall significantly and I would say you have a fair chance of getting into a private medical college not specifically in All India Quota but chances are there in state quota. But again it's important from which state you belongs and which category. Wait till the last round and stray vacancy round.
However, nothing can be said with absolute assertion. Just wait and hope for the best. And in case if you are planning to take a drop in the face of not getting selected, then I would suggest you to not lose touch with your studies completely at this point.
