Both private and government colleges are good. There are colleges which are good being private and some are there which are not that good although being government. So both private and government colleges are good at their respective places.
It depends on the students in private college you have more facilities and luxuries as compared to government but fees structure is quite high.
So it totally depends on the choice of the syudey that what they prefer.
In my opinion both are good for diploma.
