the dress code for jee mains is as follows:

the candidate should not wear any dress containing too many pockets

the candidate either they maybe girl or boy they are not supposed to wear any dress containing over coat

the girls are not allowed  to wear heavy metallic jewels and they should wear simple kurthi dress

the candidates are advised to wear some dress that are very comfortable.the fancy and dressy clothes should not be weared.we know the exams been conducted on jan and april months,both are having quite good weather.so wear some simple sweaters/jackets with few or no pockets.

boys can wear full hand/half hand t-shirts,trousers as per your needs.wear pants with less or no pockets.

the following things should be avoidable in jee mains 2019,

• wrist watches
  
• caps
  
• goggles
  
• scarfs
  

any kind of jewellery

the important reasons behind these dress codes are,

• it maintains fair and peace environment
  
• it ensures the no unfair things gonna happen
  
• it recommended to wear comfortable dress,because of this you can do exam without any disractions.
