Schools usually do not admit new students in class 12th directly either its in the beginning of class 11 or after class 10th results.

You can opt in for improvement exam of class 12th again by requesting your school and they will help you out for sure.

In case you have decided to change the school then you will have to start from class 11 again ,there is usually no other option.
