Hey Rohit,
Since you are in 10th class, firstly it is required for you to clear your 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects and must have scored minimum 50% marks.
After 12th, go for NEET entrance examination and clear it with enough good score so that you can get admission in any government medical college for MBBS. After MBBS go for NEET PG entrance examination and pursue your MS in general Surgery from a reputed Government Medical College. After MS, go for MCh in CVTS (Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery).
And you are a cardiac (heart) surgeon.
